Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Japanese national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We mainly ship via International Shipping Services.

Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on your country and customs clearance. (Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international transit conditions.)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

YONNEW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
